This page explains what happens when you browse SanctusLabs or prepare a service request.
Service request form
The form runs in your browser and prepares an email to info@sanctuslabs.com. The website does not transmit or store the form contents. Nothing is sent until you review and send the email from your email application. Your email provider and SanctusLabs will then process the message to respond to your request. Please do not include passwords, recovery codes, or other credentials.
Theme preference
If you change the light or dark theme, this preference is saved in your browser’s local storage under “sanctuslabs-theme”. It stays on your device and is used only to remember your choice.
Fonts and hosting
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may process technical request information when the fonts are retrieved. See Google’s privacy information. Depending on the hosting configuration, standard access data may also appear in the host’s server logs.
